That’s right, you heard right. The Streamzoo Android app underwent a bit of a makeover these past few weeks and we are finally confident enough to unveil it to you!

Make sure you go download the latest update here, and let us know what you think. We spent a lot of time working on this and we hope you all love it as much as we do.

We are back for another quick tutorial on how to change your profile picture.

Lately, we have been getting a few questions on how to change your Streamzoo profile picture. Well, just follow the simple instructions down below. Let’s go!

Step 1: On your dashboard, click the icon on the upper right hand corner, next to the search button. (Circled in the image below)

Step 2: Once you have clicked that button, you should be taken here (image below). Click the “Edit profile” button.

Step 3: After you have clicked the “Edit profile” button, you should be here (image below). You will see the option to “Change Profile Picture.” Click that.

Step 4: From here, you can upload a brand new Profile Picture from the images existing in your gallery, or you can take a brand new photo!

Here at Streamzoo we want to make your photo sharing experience as enjoyable and simple as possible. So, we are back for another quick tutorial on how to upload your favorite picture or video. Let’s get started!

STEP 1: Start by clicking the  (camera) button at the bottom of your dashboard screen. Once you have clicked that button, a few options will pop up. Choose which ever you would like. In this case, I (@Jeannie_Nguyen) have chosen the Use photo from library option.

STEP 2: Once you have chosen or taken the photo you like, it will take you to this page. Here, you can crop the picture any way you want. I have decided to leave mine the way it is.

STEP 3: After you have cropped your picture, it will take you here. This is where the fun stuff really starts. You have a variety of borders, filters, tilt shifts, and colors to adjust your photo to your liking. Here, I have chosen the “Lomo” filter.

STEP 4: After you are completely finished altering your photo to your liking, it will take you to this page. Here, you can name your picture and write a little description about it. You can even use emoticons to make your picture more fun! Sharing to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Flickr is also possible.

STEP 5: YOU ARE FINISHED AND NOW A STREAMZOO MASTER!

Lately, we have been receiving many questions about how points work. So, here is all you ever need to know about points and how to get on that coveted Leaderboard!

Keep reading for a quick little tutorial to get you to Streamzoo Stardom! 

In the Web version of our app, you will notice to the right of your dashboard, a column that says “Leaderboard.” If you are using your Android or iPhone, you will see an icon for the Leaderboard in your dashboard view also. This shows you all the people on the Leaderboard for that day. Once you click on the “Top 50” button, it will take you to the following screen. (next picture)

Here, you have the ability to see who is on the Leaderboard for the Day, Week, and Month. There is some stiff competition, isn’t there? 

So, now the all mighty question. How do I get that many points!? There are only TWO ways for you to earn points.

1. Uploading a photo/video. +1 point per upload.

2. Receiving a “Like” on an upload. +1 point per “like.”

Lately we have been flooded with questions like:

“What is a shoutout?”

“How can I do a shoutout?”

“Who sees my shoutouts?”

Have no fear our lovely new Streamzooers, here is all you need to know about Shoutouts. There are quite simple, and fun! We are going to show you a quick tutorial through the web version of our app. Let’s get started!

In your message center, you will notice 3 tabs. The tab on the far right is the pulse. This is where you can see the shoutouts given from the people you are following. Every time you give a shoutout, everyone following you will get a notification and it will be shown right here in the pulse.

Now, how do I make my own shoutout? It’s simple! Find a picture you like and locate the Share & Shoutout section to the right of the photo. Click on the Streamzoo Icon and a little box (shown below) will appear. There, you can write a little message about the picture, or you can leave it blank and just hit the Shoutout button! Then, everyone following you will see the awesome picture you just shared.
